Dale Parker, Secretary, Mackenzie Search and Rescue will be presenting to Mayor and Council on the need for a 40-foot by 80-foot fabric enclosure for protection of the Mackenzie Search and Rescue assets as well as the 2 structural protection trailers from the Mackenzie Fire Department.

THAT Council adopts the Mayor and Council Travel Policy starting in 2026 as outlined in this report.
THAT the Local Government Leadership Academy (LGLA) is not taken from Mayor and Council's discretionary budget.
Amendment:
THAT the main motion (34074) be amended by specifying LGLA will be mandatory for all new Councillors following an election and available to all new Councillors for a year, following a by-election.
