Mitch Binichakis (Mortensen) will be present to speak to the attached letter regarding the containment of commercial garbage in Mackenzie.

Is there anything Council wishes to address in the "For Consideration" or "Centre Table File" correspondence? 

A letter received from Dominique Symbalisty, resident, requesting that as a community we find a way to recognize the displacement and lives lost to the “scattering of man".

Registration is now open for the BC NRF to be held in Prince George, BC from January 16-18, 2024. Early bird pricing ends November 1, 2023.

  • Resolution #1

    THAT Council supports the District’s application to the South Peace Mackenzie Trust (SPMTrust) Program for the Arena Slab and Energy Upgrades Project;

    AND THAT the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to execute the grant application, and if the application is successful, any related documentation.

    Resolution #2

    THAT Council supports the District’s application to Northern Development Initiative Trust (NDIT) Recreation Infrastructure Program for the Arena Slab and Energy Upgrades Project;

    AND THAT the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to execute the grant application, and if the application is successful, any related documentation.

  • THAT Council authorizes approval in issuing Temporary Use Permit 4520-20-23-01 to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 273 for the purpose of storing recreation equipment.

  • THAT Council awards the 2023 Airport Pavement Management Plan contract to International Cybernetics Canada Inc. in the amount of up to $33,129 plus GST;

    AND THAT the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to execute the contract and any related documentation.
