In response, Mayor Atkinson stated that the UBCM will publish the resolutions that were passed during the convention. Mayor Atkinson also highlighted the current improved representation of Northern communities on the UBCM Board of Directors. Mayor Atkinson further described the week as being busy and productive, expressing anticipation for positive responses to the District of Mackenzie's requests.
Ms. Nelson inquired about the involvement of the District of Mackenzie in the resolutions at the event. Mayor Atkinson clarified that while the District of Mackenzie did not submit any resolutions themselves, they actively participated by voting on the resolutions during the event.
